What you need:

Scrapkit of choice, I used "Boo-tiful" by Me which is available HERE

Font of choice, I used "Mad Beef"

Photograph of choice, I used my own of my daughter Emma from a couple Halloween's ago.

Let's Begin!

1. Open a new transparent image

Open all of your supplies

2. C/P the frame of choice as a new layer

Add drop shadow

Using your selection tool, rectangle, trace along the open area of the frame

Create a new raster layer behind the frame layer

C/P the paper of choice into selection

C/P the print of choice above the paper layer

Re-size as needed

Add drop shadow to the print

3. C/P the ribbon of choice above the frame layer

Re-size as needed

Add drop shadow

C/P the leaf of choice behind all layers

Rotate as needed

Sharpen image as needed

Add drop shadow

Duplicate and mirror

Merge both leaf layers together

Duplicate and flip

You should know have 4 leaves around the frame

4. C/P the photo of choice

re-size and rotate as needed

Add drop shadow

C/P the flower of choice above the photo layer

Re-size as needed

add drop shadow

Add any wording and your done!

Promote background layer

Using your selection tool, rounded rectangle, trace out a rectangle shape

Crop to selection

C/P to the new image

Add drop shadow

Repeat with a second paper of choice

Rotate to desired angle using your pick tool

Add drop shadow

C/P a print of choice behind all layers

C/P the spider web of choice above the paper layers

C/P the frame of choice

Rotate as desired

Add drop shadow

Create a new raster layer behind the frame layer

Using your lasso tool, trace along the open area of the frame

C/P the paper of choice into selection

3. C/P the tube of choice above all layers

Add drop shadow

C/P the chandelier above the framed paper

Using your blending options, use "Hard Light" 

C/P the raven cut-out

Re-size as needed

Trim as needed

Use the "Hard Light" blending option

C/P the star of choice above the frame layer

Add drop shadow

C/P the stitching of choice

Re-Size as needed

C/P the label of choice or make your own

Re-Size as needed

Add drop shadow

Add copyright info and name and your done!

4. Open a second paper of choice 

Using your selection tool>circle, drag out a large circle

Promote background layer and crop to selection

C/P behind all layers

Position as desired

Be sure apply a drop shadow after each new element layer 

to give it a believable layering look.

I used leaves, flowers, pumpkin, ribbon and candles.

4. C/P the tube of choice above the frame layer.

Add drop shadow and re-size as needed.

Trim if needed

Place under the filmstrip frame

4. C/P the tube of choice for the film strip frame above the paper layer

Trim and re-size as needed

Trim the top layer as needed to give it a 3D look

Trim any other parts of the bottom layer as needed
