What you need:
Tube of choice, I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis
Scrapkit, "Holiday Trimmings" by Microferk Designs
Or use the FREE ornament frame by me HERE

Fonts of choice, I used Toonish & Shennette
Supplies, Graphic and Snow here
Plug In : EyeCandy 5 : Nature : Snow
Graphic Program of choice, I use PSPX2
Animation Shop

Let's Begin!

1. Open a new transparent image
Open all of your supplies

2. C/P the ornament frame of choice
Add drop shadow
Create a new raster layer behind the frame layer
Using your magic wand tool select the area inside the frame
Go to selections>modify>expand>6
C/P the winter graphic of choice into selection
Create a new raster layer above the graphic
*This will be used to flood fill the snow pattern later*
C/P the tube of choice above the frame layer
Trim as needed
Add drop shadow
C/P the ribbon with shadow as a new layer
Place on top of the ornament hanger

3. Type "Let it Snow" in the toonish font
I used 100 pixels for size
Add drop shadow
Go to eyecandy5 snow and use the following settings:

*We will now begin to create the frames for the animated tag*
Add copyright info & name now

4. Open animation shop
Open your snow animation
Copy the first frame of the animation
Paste it in PSP as a new image
Select the winter graphic layer on your tag
Go to magic wand, match mode : none and select the graphic
The whole graphic should not be outlined with "dancing ants"
Now select the raster layer above it that is empty
Go to your flood fill tool, or paint can, and go to patterns
Find the snow graphic and select
Flood fill the empty layer above the graphic with the snow pattern
De-Select everything and save as frame 1 or however you save your animations
Hit undo a couple of times on the tag until just the layer is selected again
Delete the first snow pattern from PSP dso you don't select again by mistake
Go back to Animation shop and select frame 2 copy and paste in PSP
Repeat these steps until you have a total of 10 tags, 1 tag for every frame of animation of the snow you used
Once completed, Open the tags into your Animation Wizard
Select the speed of 10 and press play, if you are happy with the animation, save and you are done!
