Christmas In The City

Tube of choice, I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis
Supplies, Created by me HERE
*They are NOT to be used with any other tutorials for supplies.
The Snow animation, is not mine, and therefore can be re-used.
Font of choice, I used Bernard MT Condensed
Animation Shop
Graphic program of choice, I use PSPX2


Let's Begin!


1. Open a new transparent image
Open all of your supplies


2.C/P the city back drop 
Re-size as needed
C/P the frame included or one of your choice
Add drop shadow

Create a new raster layer behind the frame
Using your lasso tool, trace along the open area of the frame
C/P the city scene into selection
Create a new raster layer above the image
C/P the little bow as a new layer
Add drop shadow
C/P the tube of choice
Add drop shadow
*We will now begin to create the frames for the animated tag*
Add copyright info and name now


3. Using your magic wand tool, Match Mode : None
Highlight the raster layer you created above the graphic layer
Open animation shop
Open the animated snow included
Copy the first frame of the animation
Paste as a new image inside PSP
Go to your flood fill tool, and select the snow pattern

Flood fill the selection on your tag
De-Select everything
Save as frame 1 or however you save frames
Go back to PSP and undo until there is just the selection
Delete the first snow pattern
Go back to animation shop and copy the second frame
Repeat these steps until you have created 10 tags for the animated tag
Open your frames inside the animation wizard
Select the frame speed to 10
Press play, if you are happy with the speed, save and you are done!
