"Holiday Cheer"

What you need:
4 tubes of choice, I used artwork by Ismeal Rac
Scrapkit, "Naughty List" Collab by Sarah, TammyKat and Myself
Fonts of choice, I used SNF Violetta & Showcard Gothic
Animated snow of your choice, or the one I used here
Animation Shop
Graphic Program of choice, I use PSPX2
Let's Begin!
1. Open a new transparent image
Open all of your supplies
2. C/P the round frame of choice
C/P the triple frame
Add drop shadows to each
Create a new raster layer behind each frame layer
Using your magic wand tool, select the open area of the circle frame
Go to selection>modify>expand>8
C/P the paper of choice inside selection
*If you plan on animating this tag with snow, you should use a dark colored paper
Using your selection tool, Rectangle, trace along the triple frame
C/P a second paper of choice inside that selection
DO NOT MERGE LAYERS
3. C/P a tube of choice above the round frame
I used a close up tube for this
Go to your photo edit and make this tube B&W if you wish
Add drop shadow
Now choose 3 other tubes by the same artist and trim until you just have their head shot
C/P as a new layer behind the triple frame layer
Add drop shadows
4. C/P the red swirl
Add drop shadow
Drag behind the triple frame
C/P a bow of choice
Re-Size as needed
Add drop shadow
Duplicate & Mirror
Type any wording you wish or the one I have used
Use 2 different fonts for a whimsical look
Add drop shadow
Add copyright info and name now if you can't add text to an animated tag
*We will now begin making the 19 frames necessary for the animated tag
5. Open animation shop and open your snow of choice or the one provided
Go back to PSP and select your magic wand tool
Set the "Match Mode" setting to none
Now select the paper inside the circle frame
Go back to animation shop and copy the first frame in the animation
Paste as a new image inside PSP
Go to your flood fill and choose pattern
Find the snow image and flood fill into the selection
De-Select everything and save as frame 1 or however you save your animations
Go back to PSP and delete the first snow image
Now hit the "undo" arrow and undo until you just have the circle selected with the "dancing ants"
Go back to animation shop and copy the second frame of the snow animation
Repeat the first steps until you have made a total of 19 frames OR the same amount of frames as the snow you used if you choose to use a different snow animation
Once you have completed these frames, go to animation shop and open your animation wizard
Open all of your frames into the animation wizard
Set frame speed to 10 and press play
If you are happy with the speed, save and you are done!
