Let's Begin!

1. Open a transparent image 600x600
Open all of your supplies

2. C/P your frame of choice
Add drop shadow
Using your magic wand tool, select the are inside the frame
Go up to Selections->Expand-> Expand by 10 pixels
Create a new raster layer behind the frame layer
C/P your paper of choice INSIDE selection
DO NOT MERGE LAYERS

3. C/P tube of choice
Add drop shadow
C/P any other elements or papers
I used the "XXX" charm and the scalloped paper
Apply dropshadows as needed

4. Go to your Preset Vector Shapes and select the Eclipse shape
Create a new raster layer BEHIND the vector shape
Once the vector shape is aligned to the circle frame, apply your text
And any saying you wish
I typed "Sexy Bunny" but you could put your name or any other sayingyou wish
Add drop shadow to your text
Delete the Vector Layer
DO NOT MERGE LAYERS
Add copy right info NOW and add your name if you do not know how to add a name to an animated tag

5. Using your selection tool, Circle, Drag the circle tool along the inner part of the frame
Create a new layer ABOVE the paper layer
(You can create 8 new raster layers now and save yourself time later)
Make sure your selection is overlapping the frame just a little

**Now we start the animation process of the frame, there will be a lot of repeating**

6. Once you have created your 8 new raster layers, Open the animation provided into animation shop
You will notice that there are 8 seperate frames to this animation
Highlight the first frame and "copy" it
Now open PSP and paste as a new image

7. Using your flood fill tool (Paint can icon), Go to patterns and find your
animation pattern
Flood fill the TOP raster layer with that animation
Save as frame 1
Make that layer invisible
(click the eye icon in the layer menu)
Move to the next layer
C/P the next frame in animation shop
Repeat these steps until you have all 8 frames as seperate layers inside PSP.
Saving each frame a Frame 1. Frame 2. etc

8. Open the images into your animation wizard
Press play, it should look like the tag above (animated)
If you are happy, save and you are done!
