(Just Right Click & Save)

Let's Begin!

1. Open a new transparent image
Open all of your supplies

2. C/P the round frame of choice
Add drop shadow
Create a new raster layer behind the round frame layer
C/P the heart frame of choice
Add drop shadow
Create a new raster layer behind the heart layer
Using your lasso tool, trace along the opening of each frame layer
Doing this, one at a time
C/P the paper of choice into the selection
C/P the tube of choice above all layers
Duplicate and drag one layer behind the heart frame
Trim as needed to give it a 3D look
Add drop shadow to the bottom layer tube
Merge all layers visible

3. Create a new raster layer
Go to your vector shapes and choose eclipse
Drag it out and then move around so it fits around the bottom
Round frame
Drag the new vector layer below the raster layer
Go to fonts and choose your wording font of choice
Place the "A" over the vector line until a curve symbol appears,
Click and type your wording of choice into the box
You may have to change the font size to make it fit evenly around the tag
My size was 81, as I hadn't re-sized the tag yet
Once you have completed this, merge the text layer down to your Raster layer
And then delete the vector layer

4. Open a new transparent image
Flood fill white
Cut the text circle and then paste it on the now white image
Go to selections>modify>expand>3
Crop to selection
C/P back to your tag image
Add drop shadow
Add your Copyright info and name now
*unless you know how to add text to an animated tag*

*We will now start building the animation frames*

5. Using your magic wand. select each letter, clicking on the inner color
Hold down the shift key while doing this
Open your Animation Shop
Open the animated heart
Copy the first frame and paste it into PSP
Using your flood fill tool, choose your pattern and select the heart image
Flood-fill the selected area
Save as frame 1 or however you want
Click undo
Go back to animation shop and copy the second frame
Repeat
Once done, go back to AS and open your 2 frames into the
Animation Wizard
Press play
If your happy with the speed, etc. Save and your done!
