Happy Halloween

"Happy Halloween"
What you need : 
Tubes of choice, I used artwork by Suzanne Woolcott 
Scrapkit of choice, I used "Halloween" By Designs By Sarah 
Cardboard frames By Designs By Sarah, a Freebie here  
(About a third of the way down)
Font of choice, I used Poplar Std
Graphic Program of choice, I use PSPX2
Let's Begin!
1. Open a transparent image 600x600 pixels
Open all of your supplies
2. C/P the frame of choice
I made my frames Black by using the photo edit tools/ Black & White Photo
Duplicate and move one frame over to the left/right
Rotate the left frame 15 degrees to the left
Add drop shadow to both frames
Create a new raster layer
Using you lasso tool & the rectangle selection tool
Select the open area of the frames
C/P the paper of choice inside selection
3. C/P the halloween border in front of the frame layers
C/P the fence element and place in front of one of the frames
Add drop shadow
C/P the spooky cat and add drop shadow
C/P the bats and place above the frames
C/P the tubes of choice and place as you wish
Add drop shadows as needed
Add copyright info and name and you are finished!
