What you need:
Tube of choice, I used artwork by Ismeal Rac and you can purchase his work here
Scrapkit, "Harmony in Blue", By Chili Designz here
Font of choice, I used Brush Script
Graphic program of choice
Let's Begin!
1. Open a transparent image, 600x600 pixels
Open all of your supplies
2. C/P wood wreath
C/P frame of choice, I used the stamp frame, rotated 90 degrees
Create a new raster layer behind the frame layer
Using you selection tool, rectangle, and trace along open area of the frame
C/P the paper of choice into selection
3. C/P star sparkles as a new layer above the paper layer
Duplicate and move around to span across the paper
Trim as needed
C/P cloud as a new layer above the frame layer
Lower Opacity to around 85 or to your liking
Duplicate 2 or 3 times
C/P bridge
Add drop shadow
Add copyright info and name and you are done!
