"Happy New Year"

What you need:

Tube of choice, I used artwork by Keith Garvey

Scrap Kit, "Happy New Year" by Designs by Sarah

Fonts of choice, I used Bonheur Royale and Bilbo

Graphic Program of Choice, I use PSPX2

Let's Begin!

1. Open a new transparent image

Open all of your supplies

2. C/P the black frame from the kit as a new layer

Add drop shadow

Create anew raster layer behind the frame layer

Using your selection tool, rectangle, trace along the open area of the frame

C/P the paper of choice inside selection

C/P the clock from the kit above the frame layer

Re-Size as needed

Add drop shadow

C/P the close up tube of choice above the clock layer

Trim as needed

Using the layer menu, choose the "Hard Light" blend option

C/P the full body tube above all layers

3. C/P the confetti from the kit behind all layers

Rotate as needed

Duplicate and mirror

C/P the swirl of choice from the kit

Add drop shadow 

Add any wording and name and your done!
