Tube of choice, I used artwork by Keith Garvey
Scrap Kit, "It's Criminal" by TammyKat Dezigns
Font of choice, I used Staccato222 BT
Graphic Program of choice, I use PSPX2
Animation Shop

Let's Begin!

1. Open a new transparent image
Open all of your supplies

2. C/P the chained frame as shown as a new layer on the transparent image
Add drop shadow
Create a new raster layer behind the frame layer
Using your selection tool, Rectangle, Trace along the open area of the frame
C/P the paper of choice into the selection
C/P the word art of choice above the frame layer
C/P the tube of choice above the frame layer
C/P a close-up or second image above the paper layer
*I made mine B&W*
Add any other elements of choice, I decided to make this one simple.

**Starting Animation Frames, Please Add name & copyright info now**

3. C/P the bar element from the kit
Trim as needed
Duplicate the bars until you have 4 layers of bars
"Hide" the top 3 layers
Move the bars over to the left side of the open frame area
Un-hide the 2nd bar layer above the first
Move over slightly further, keeping the bars lined up on all sides
Repeat this process for the other 2 bar layers, until you have the final bar layer all the way accross

4. "Hide" all the bar layers
Save the tag as "frame1" or however you want
Un-Hide the bottom bar layer
Save as Frame 2
Hide that layer and show the second layer
Save as frame 3
Repeat this until you have a total of 5 frames and the final bar layer is visible

Open Animation Shop

5. Open your 5 frames inside the animation wizard
Press play
If your frame speed is set at default, it should be "15"
For this animation, that's a bit fast
I have mine changed to 55 for a slower animation
But you can find the speed you like the best

Once your speed is selected, Press play and if your happy, Save and your done!
