"Spring Chick"
What you need:
Tube of choice, I am using artwork by Elias Chatzoudis
Scrap Kit, "Spring Love" - Missy's Portion - Store Collab
Font Of Choice, I used TwinkleROB
Graphic Program Of Choice, I use PSPX2
Let's Begin!
1. Open a new transparent image
Open all of your supplies
2. Select the paper of choice and promote background layer
Using your selection tool, rounded-rectangle, trace a large area of the paper
Crop to selection
Flood fill a new transparent image with white
C/P the paper selection as a new selection on the white image
Go to selection>modify>expand>3
Crop to selection
C/P the paper image onto the transparent image from start
Add drop shadow
Flood fill another transparent image with a color of choice that goes with the kit or tube
I used a hot pink
Using your selection tool, square, drag until you a medium size square
Crop to selection
Select all and go to selection>modify>contract>4
Cut Selection
Copy the square and paste as a new selection in a flood-filled white image
Go to selection>modify>expand>3
Crop to selection
C/P the frame to your tag image
Duplicate and move one layer over
Rotate one if you wish, I rotated mine 8 degrees to the left
Add drop shadow to each frame
Create a new raster layer behind both frame layers
You can flood fill with a color or gradient or paper of choice
I did both
If using the gradient, and to apply the same effect I did follow this simple step:
Flood fill with gradient
Go to effects>texture effect>textures>small dimples
My settings were as follows:
*You should click image to view at 100%*
3. C/P the tube of choice above the gradient image
Apply layer blend effect, I used Overlay
C/P the second tube of choice above the other frame and trim as needed
Add drop shadow
C/P the stitching of choice above the back rectangle layer
Add drop shadow
C/P the flower of choice above all layers
Re-Size as needed
Add drop shadow
Ad copyright info and name and your done!
