C/P the checkered frame
Re-size as needed
Rotate 10 degrees to the left
Create a new raster layer behind the frame layer
Using your lasso tool, trace along the open area of the frame
C/P the paper of choice into selection
C/P the tube of choice above the frame layer
Trim as needed
Duplicate and drag behind the frame layer
Trim the top layer so it gives the tag a 3D look
Now trim the bottom tube layer
C/P the tube again and mirror
I made mine B&W
Lower Opacity to 97% or whatever setting you like

3. C/P the heart beat element (red)
Once in position, C/P the blac kheart beat element and place it over the red one
Add drop shadow to the red heart beat element
C/P the band-aid and rotate 12 degrees to the left
Add drop shadow
C/P the black stitching
Trim the stitching so it's just a small stitch as shown above
Add drop shadow
Don't Merge Layers
Add copyright info and name now if you don't know how to add text to an animated tag.

Starting Animation Now :

4. Using your lasso tool, remove a small portion of the black heart beat element on the far left end of the tag.
Save as file_1 or however you'd like
Repeat this step all way down the heart beat element until you have completely removed the black layer
*In areas where the heart beat may be hidden behind other elements, it is important to still "cut" or remove the layer, this way the timing and motion is continued and smooth.
Once you have this completed, Open Animation Shop

5. Using your animation wizard, open all of the frames
Press play and if you are happy with the speed, save and you are done!
