Scrapkit of choice, I used " Turquoise Fantasy" by Bits n Bobs and you can purchase her kit here
Font of choice
Graphic program of choice
Let's begin!
1. Open a new transparent image, 600x600 pixels.
Flood Fill if you wish.
Open all of your supplies.
2. Copy and paste the frame of choice.
Add a new raster layer BEHIND the frame layer over in the layer menu.
Using your selection tool, rectangle, trace along the opening of the frames
C/P the paper of choice.
C/P the tubes of choice as a new layer, above the paper layer.
3. Add any other elements you wish.
Apply drop shadows.
Add copyright info and name and you are done!
