Things you will need:
Tag of choice, I am using the artwork of Jose Cano and you can purchase his artwork here
Scrapkit of choice, I am using "Thanks 2 You" and it is a FREEBIE kit and you can grab it here
Graphic program of choice, I use PSPX2
Font of choice, I used A&S SignWriter
Let's begin!
1. Open a new image 600x600 transparent.
Open all supplies.
2. Copy and paste frame of choice.
Create a new raster layer.
Using your magic wand tool, select the are inside of the frame.
Expand by 6. (Selection drop down)
C?P your paper of choice inside selection on the new raster layer.
3. C/P your tube of choice.
Add any other elements.
Add drop shadows.
Add copyright info and name and your done!
